The temperature of the wine cellar can be set at 2 degree increments, from 12°C, 14°C and 16°C, to ensure that you can set it at the optimum temperature, for both red and white wine. There is also a plate to ensure that humidity stays at 65%. This will help prevent the wine cork from shrinking, and the flavor from spoiling due to oxidation.
